Hey guys!! I am going to be jump right back in to the plan that helped me since mid-July.
Goal: Less than 175 on Halloween! (I am 188 today, 204 was my start)
Method:
1) No fast food--it is not worth it on any level.
2) 64 oz water each day
3) Exercise 4-5 X per week
4) Aim to keep calories about 1600-1800; watch portion sizes, increase fruits and veggies, journal!
Progress:
So far, not so good. Yesterday was not the day to restart this with vigor! But today is a new day! I will exercise tonight. I have had a bowl of cereal with milk and about 400 cal worth of pasta and sauce....About 24 oz water! Time to go fill up the cup!
(pretend that it is water instead of coffee!
