30 min cardio

breakfast
egg = 2
bread = 1
jam = 1

lunch
salad = 0
parmesan = 2
soup = 3
cheese = 6

snack
banana = 2

dinner
cheeseburger 6
bun = 1
corn = 1

snack
skinny cow = 2
cupcake = 2

daily total = 29
week bank = 0

reflections ~ very hungry today.

bacon = 2

pasta = 5

dinner
rice = 4
chinese = 12

snack
skinny cow = 2

daily total = 30
wk bank = 0

reflections ~ did not journal this until this afternoon. Hope i didn't forget anything.

meringues = 12 (all gone now. not buying these for awhile!)

chicken soup = 8

daily total = 27
week bank = 0

reflections ~ started reading dr. phil's book today - a great read - helping me to focus.

reflections ~ this not snacking in front of the tv is hard! but worth it.

reflections ~ tough, but handling this no snacking thing! and it's paying off.
