I ate around 4000 calories and did not exercise at all. I was just in a blah mood all day - did not feel like doing a work out and did not. Even though I knew I'd feel better if I did. I ate a decent breakfast and lunch, however it just went downhill from there.
But I don't know, I don't really feel BAD about it, which I think is good. One of my goals when I started this whole weight loss journey was learning to not associate feelings and food. I know I ate unhealthy yesterday. But that was yesterday. I have ate well all day today and I went running with my husband. And had an awesome run.
But I wish I hadnt ate like I did yesterday just because now I'm bloated up 3 lbs and it will take me all week to lose those 3 lbs of water weight.
