Hi all
I have been here before a few weeks ago and left for the 180's thread, alas i am back after a brief veering off course for 3 weeks..
weighed in this morning at 194......
so hopefully will knock the 5lbs out of the water in the next 8 days.. i am in the 90 day exercise challenge and my aim was 189..
so hoping for that woosh after a few weeks of being very very bad lol
