I weigh myself everyday and track a daily weight against a trend weight. With the program I use, I can gain a better picture of my weight loss overall. I get calorie deficits, BMI stats and what my weekly weight loss is per day. It took a while to get over the "OMG, I gained a kilo last night!" feeling, but weight fluctuates hourly depending on what and when you eat. I can drink a litre of water and gain a kilo. Two hours later, I'm back down a kilo, maybe more if I exercised, maybe less if I ate.
I am definitely guilty of 3, 8 and 9 in the past and correcting them as I go.
