Can you have this on Phase 1? I would think that the same rules would apply as would those for Honey..but I dont even know if you can use honey in Phase 1.
I don't know about agavi nectar, but in the FAQ for Phases 2 and 3, Dr. Ian says that you can have one tbsp of honey per day. So I would think that means you should wait until phase 2.
