Just popping in quick... hoping the rest of the day was a good one for those of you who've had a tough start. We've all had those pull your hair out, SCREAM at the top of your lungs and then hide in a corner... a dark one at that.... I know I've had my fare share of them too.. But tomorrow can only start off fresh and hopefully better.

Hey ladies!! Sorry I have been MIA and haven't had time to catch up with all the posts.
I had a small loss of .4 which is pretty good considering I celebrated Valentines Day in a big way...lol. Oh well back to work this week. I was at work late today and didn't get on the TM today and yesterday we were out so nothing 2 days in a row...yikes. I am going to try to get in more time than usual the rest of the week to make up for it!!
I will check back in tomorrow!!

Hello...I'm new to this thead. I'm just going to jump in though and introduce myself. I'm a SAHM of 3. I reached my goal weight last summer only to put 30lbs back on after coming home from a vacation and taking basically the whole summer and holiday season off. I just commited myself yesterday to take the 30 lbs off and get back on track. I am no stranger to weight gain/loss. I've dealt with it ever since I had my first son. I'm looking forward though to getting to know you guys. Have a great day
