Hi gals!
Yesterday was ok. I'm not sure what my calories were but I did get 30 mins of strength/weights in. Today TOM came about 4 days early, I don't know whats up with that. Normally I am very regular, but this also happened a few months ago. Anyway, we went to a indian restaurant for my birthday dinner (30 years old today, aahhh!) I overate but it was sooo good. We love that place. As long as I get back on track tomorrow, one day shouldn't hurt me too bad. I probably won't weigh tomorrow though, just so that I won't get discouraged.
Planning on a great day tomorrow! Hopefully this bothersome cold will be completely gone.
