UGH!!!!!! I had my weigh in at Duke today and I gained 2 lbs in the two weeks I have been off MF and only doing 2 shakes a day. I have stayed within the 1200 calories they a lot me and I have been drinking water and I have been active (I hate the word exercise so I get activity) What gives!? I weigh in again on Aug 20th hopefully I will drop those 2lbs plus more by then.

Friends, I need a kick in the pants. Ever since the lasagna, I have not been able to get back on plan. I start off ok, but then get off plan about 4pm (the witching hour for me). I'm up 2lbs since Monday! Argh.

Gator and Jen - I feel your pain. I LOVE Lasagne! And no one can punish themself for being less than perfect better than I can!

However....


Getting back on plan is as easy as forgiving yourself for the slip up and declaring yourself on plan as of this moment. it really is that simple if you are ready to move forward!

I know you can do it...You have not lost all of those good days just because you slipped for a couple...Keep a positive good day balance!

Djay, Finally! Hooray and yippee! WAY TO GO!

On a finaly note, yesterday I fit into the jeans I put up in the closet because I could no longer zip them up! One even had room to spare!
No pounds lost, maybe Im hitting a plateu now Oh, well, Im still feeling good...
I have had no heartburn in 5 weeks! I feel light, I feel more energized, I feel good!

OK Ladies...I am afraid that I am joining the band wagon. I cheated majorly today I not only had pizza and garlic bread, but then I had fajitas and chips!!! I am back op now and just had some delicious chicken noodle soup! so, we all need to rally and kick some butt

on another note....I talked to my health coach today (a local chiropractor) about the whole lack of energy thing and he suggested more fat in the way of a handfull of nuts. wierd

Way to go on the pants missy and I am happy to see you are finally seeing some results djay/ love to all

gatorgirl......I read in the medifast book that when you introduce carbs again, you absolutely will gain weight initially. don't beat yourself up.

Ok ladies...

Cheat week is over! It is a new month! time to rededicate.

Raise your right hand and repeat after me...

I (state your name) will not allow any food or drink to cross my lips that has not been specifically santioned by the powers that be at Medifast for one full hour.

Repeat every hour until you make it through a day. Then you may change hour to day until you make it a week. Then you can change day to week until you make it a month. Then you can channge week to month, etc. If anything OP crosses your lips...you must start over from the beginning!
