OMG I LOVE THESE!! I've only had the caramel and the chocolate ones!! I'm going to have to stop at sams club and compare prices. I paid 5 bucks for a regular box at the local Tops grocery store here... can't afford that price but ooooooooooooh yuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmmy!! As for the gas... I get gas but also suffer from a bit of IBS and these seems to regulate me. And I mean they get rid of the urgent bathroom stops. I eat one or two a day. My body is bass ackward... lol if it's suppose to bind me up it does the opposite and vice versa... argh TMI?? lol sorry

I'd be extremely interested in a "home made" recipe for these! They're sooooo yummy but the price just kills me. Wouldn't mind making a home made version! I'm sure it won't be the same, but it's still a fantastic breakfast to grab and take to 8 am classes!

to those who get gas, you are not alone. My whole family gets gas from these, which sucks because they are so darn good!!!! LOVE EM. My mom and sis tried the apple and strawberry flavors this week. Will have to find out how they like them.

Funny, I've been eating the chocolate ones for months, and not had any gas problems. But, this week I tried both of the new flavors - apple and strawberry, and have had terrible gas! Guess I'll stick with the chocolate/oat, which are my favorite anyway.

Oh, I LOVE the chocolate ones. I haven't tried the peanut butter ones.

HATED the Caramel ones. I had my mom take the box to the teacher's lounge at work.

Can't wait to try the Apple Cinnamon!! LOVE Apple Cinnamon. The Apple Cinnamon Fiber One Muffins are yummy too.

LOVE the chocolate ones! so yummy but so expensive. I tried buying the kroger brand and it just didnt taste the same. ill spend the extra few bucks to have it taste better
