I love fiber one bars. They help me to keep on track because they taste so much like a candy bar. I just bought a box of the caramel ones and I have loads of the chocolate and peanut butter ones in my pantry. Even my toddler eats these...needless to say he's quite the regular little guy. =)

Ditto....love them as well, however they tear my stomach up and can't eat them often.

I've only had the chocolate ones, I'm going to go get the other flavors this weekend to try after reading your posts. I'm using these in place of candy bars, too.

My DH loves them but can't eat them...they give him such a belly ache

I remember the Kashi bars making my stomach hurt so bad too.. is there something in them other than fiber that could be doing that?

Bought a big box of them at Sam's one day because I had one a couple days before and loved the taste (just like candy!). After about 2 of them they started bothering my stomach and I just couldn't handle the syrupy sweetness of them for an extended period of time!

Bring on the Fiber One cereal, though!

Oh my gosh, I love FiberOne bars! I've only tried the peanut butter and chocolate, but I bought a box of caramel ones today, and I'm going to have one tomorrow morning.

I have only tried the peanut ones but I think they are absolutely delicious! They have come in very handy for a quick breakfast when I wake up late; one bar with a cup of 1% milk and I have had a quick breakfast which keeps me satisfied for a good two to three hours. I bought a box of each of the other flavors, chocolate and caramel, and look forward to trying them too. Since the peanut one is so rich tasting I have decided to only allow myself to have one every other day at the most. For the person wondering where to find them, I bought mine in the cereal isle at the Publix grocery store near my home.

I really love the taste of them but like many others, they really bother my stomach! It is not pretty!! I eat a lot of high fiber items but for some reason these Fiber One bars don't agree with me!!

I love FiberOne Bars. Although if I eat 2 or 3 in a day, everyone else really pays the price

I was in Sams yesterday and passed on these. I opted for the Curves bars. After reading this, I should have gotten the Fiber ones!

Oh! I'm glad I'm not the only one who loves these bars. I bought a big box of the chocolate ones at Costco, and my husband kind of laughed at me. After I tried one, I told him they were awesome & he tried one, too. Now he's addicted, as well! I just found the caramel & peanut butter at the grocery store. I don't care as much for the caramel, but I really like the peanut butter. Chocolate is still my fave - they are a treat for me!

And yes, they will give you gas or "bother your stomach" because of the high fiber content. I eat one almost every day, they used to make me really gassy, but it's mild now and it's no biggie. Just make sure you can get to a bathroom.
