what a wacko!!! and it sounds as if the business is small enough that they really don't want to be bothered with stuff like this. there's very little protection in these situations, because many labor laws apply only to companies with more than 50 employees. scooby will know much more about this than i do, though.
so, i suggest you do the best you can, and create the best resume, and get out there and find a new job.
you are worth MUCH MUCH more than this aggravation and harassment..
