At least we had some sunshine today and milder temps! Took dd to dance studio for rehearsal - she is supposed so sit and watch - not allowed to dance yet. Her eating is still not great - but she is thrilled to have lost 8 lbs and thinks not eating to lose weight is a good idea! (I am trying not to get too involved in this line of thinking if you know what I mean!). Bought her some more soft snacks - and hoping she brings something with her to school (she is known for not eating breakfast or lunch!).
Very tired but instead of lying down I donned my very chic leg weights and pulled out the arm weights and did my routine! I know I should at least be doing the weight training once at home (in addition to the 2 nites during the week) AND on every other day doing something else (cardiovascular like walking/etc)....i am such a lazy frouf tho and it is so hard for me to get motivated - I am focusing on the fact that the exercise will help with the insulin resistance and get me off all of those nasty pills (which are still affecting my tummy by the way

), Have a dr appt (follow up) so will ask about my bp and further bloodwork - I have my annual in a month so have to get in shape for that! ha ha ha
