After my binges (if I have anything leftover) I usually just throw out the rest. Looking at that particular food makes me sick. I once had a huge chinese feast and when I got home said "oooh I need pizza" and ordered a small stuffed pizza for myself. Ate 2 slices and felt like I needed to throwup (not that I did, I am in no way bulemic, I just eat until I make myself sick). I threwout the other 2 pieces. I did not want any trace of that food around my apartment.

L: Self-made sub (turkey on subroll w/ mustard,lettuce,tomatoes, pickles) and extra side of raw baby carrots

S: 1 medium apple and 1 WW frozen dessert

you guys are eating some really yummy-sounding things. today has been so weird eating-wise.
B: 1/2 slimfast, 2 cookies (they're tiny, not that that excuses it), coffee
L: veg chili, 3 donut holes (forced upon me by a librarian for my help at the book fair, not that that excuses it)

blah. not a good eating day. seriously need to work on that breakfast thing!
