Arrow Set you MARCH goals!!!

Since February is coming to a fast close, I thought it'd be a great thing to set March's goals!!! So here we go! As many as you want!!!

-150 pounds by the end of the month
-1000 minutes of exercise
-Take Greens powder and Concentrace to make up for lack of veggies & fruit
-Drink tons of water all day long, at least 75 oz.
-Don't go over 1500 calories
-Use Fitday everyday!
-Do 15 man push ups (not cheating)
-Run at least once a week

under 1500 cals
up lean protien intake
EXCERCIZE! 3 cardio*3 times a week min
25 sit ups and 10 push ups a night
more water

To see the "80s" by the end of the month
To set/achieve/perhaps exceed goal of 930 minutes of cardio
Strength training at least three times a week
Keep up the water
Make it through my FIFTH month with no pop!
Stay on plan AT LEAST six days a week

1400 minutes of cardio (if I can do it in February, I can do it in March)
75 oz of water a day
No more snacking just to fill time: I can have all the fruits and veggies I want if I'm hungry
Get to 154 by the end of the month!

edited because I surpassed how long I thought I would workout, so I can raise the bar for next month!

OMG March... Seriously.... Need a kick in the butt.

Okay, next month's goals:
-1000 minutes of exercise (and no pesky flu bug to give me excuses)
-at least 64 oz of water/day
-one day a week off plan, six on (right now running at 2 on, 5 off!!)
-to see the 180's again for the first time in a year and a half!
-not about weight loss but a goal nonetheless: finalize a draft of my thesis! this must be done in March!! Would this count as NSV?

Hopefully the weather will be better in March too, to encourage me to walk when I can't be bothered to get in the pool for exercise. Okay Jaime, you can do it!!

Fun! March Goals!!! Can't believe its March already, good job ladies!

-Drink MORE water, at least 64oz a day
-Get in at least 30 minutes of cardio, six days a week
-No more soda for the month, if I MUST, at least make it diet
-Restarting my Oprah/Bob Greene challenge, so limited "bad carbs" this month
-GREENS AND VEGGIES
-Would like to lose 10-15 pounds by the end of this month
-Get to bed earlier! (Relatively, earlier)
-Get work, chores, and daily tasks done... Stop putting things off!
-Start writing and reading a lot more
-TAXES!
-Limit eating out, stop spending money on "stupid" things!
-STICK to goals and committments

ok, here we go

Goals for March

  • Complete 600 minutes of exercise for the month
  • Walk the dogs 3 times per week
  • Limit myself to 2 coffees per day
  • Drink 2LT of water per day
  • Eat breakfast!!!!
  • Eat lunch!!!!
  • Get more fruits and veggies into my diet
  • Lose a total of 3kg (6.6lbs) this month.

Phew! I am tired already

March Goals:
~500 mins MINIMUM of cardio
~Be at 299 by St. Patrick's Day (March 17th)
~Increase my water intake
~Make sure I miss NO days for vitamins!
~Do weights at least once every two weeks (don't have lots of access to them).
~Be down 2 inches in my waist by the 22nd (When I measure)

Here are my goals for March!!!

-150 pounds by March 31st
-1 hour of cardio a day ...5 days a week
-walk at least 1 mile a day...5 days a week
-lose one size of clothing...I am in a loose size 12 now..I want to be in a 10 by the end of the month!!

In March, I would like to:

Get down to at least 215
Stop drinking soda when I go out! Or at least stick to diet soda.
Start going to the gym more.

-Start taking a multivitamin
-Stop eating take-out or at least limit to twice a month
-At least 900 minutes of exercise

*Weigh at least 168 by the end of the month.
*Exercise at least 1800 minutes.
*Try out different classes at the gym.
*Continue healthy eating/exercise when my dad visits.
