Okay everyone so as I mentioned in the "Friday Weigh-In" we will have a new thread called "Weekly Weigh-In" starting every week. This way everyone can weigh-in whatever day they want to weigh in.
I didn't get online this weekend, but I'm proud to say I accomplished all the goals I set this week to be ready to start my diet today. Menus are ready, exercise plan is done, the food & water are in the kitchen (and I'm even DRINKING the water today! ). I do much better with exercise in a group, so I'm trying to stick with classes at my gym as much as possible. For today I'm going to a 50/50 cardio/toning class. To get to it on time (4:15) means I have to pick both my boys up from school instead of waiting for them to take the bus home, which means I have to be on the road at about 2:40 - sucks, but at least the baby will probably get a good nap in the car that way! We'll see how it works out, might end up adjusting my plan for next week if this is too big of a pain.
Anyways, got on the scale today for the first time in a long time. My official start weight will be 143.4, with a goal weight of 125. (I'd actually like to be more around 120, but I haven't seen that number since my first pregnancy so I'm not going to set myself up for failure here.)
My WI day is friday but I decided to do an unofficial WI today since I didn't last week due to PMS.Remember this is the middle of the day also.But according to the scale it says I am 299lbs. that means I have finally dropped below 300. *cries* I never thought I would see that 2 again especially in firstplace.
Great work, Lynnie! I am smiling so hard for you right now that my cheeks hurt! Just think how fun it will be getting on the scale 1st thing in the morning!!! That is quite a milestone - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!

Huge loss this week but related to the flu, couldn't eat for 3 days so this loss is mostly muscle but I'm feeling nearly all better and that's the all important thing at this point.
Yeah! After a long weekend of moving into a new apartment on the second floor I did most of the move by myself, and my body is hating me! But helped me burn lots of calories!!!

Wow, ya'll are doing such an awesome job! Lynnie, way to go I am sooo proud of you! Tummy sorry about the flu I had it a couple weeks ago and it was rough.
