Thank you all for the responses. It's lovely to have support and advice even if it's not what you are ready to hear. I haven't weighed myself but I will do it soon. I'm back to eating better and I have been eliminating certain foods from my diet for the past few days, namely refined sugar. The strangest part is that my head feels clearer and I am in a happier mood. I find that so weird! Again, I'm going to weigh myself soon but I want to get into the flow of things a bit more.

I know how you feel. Earlier this year I had to choose between facing the scale after a whole year of being off-plan, and it was hard. I was tempted to just get back on the wagon and wait until my pants started feeling looser before weighing myself, but I decided that I'd probably regret not knowing how much weight I lost.
