I was losing for a while, then school started again and I've been stuck at the same weight for 3 weeks. I'm ready to finally get out of the 160s for good!!
Hello everyone, Thought I would go ahead and move into this thread!
This morning I weighed in at 178! Feeling good about how things are changing and hopefully they will continue on this lovely track!
Great to have you join. I don't seem to be losing right now - even with 2 weeks on track. I saw the scale go down, but then it has gone back up. I'm assuming its sodium or water. I'm not worried. I'm just going to keep at it. I've been working out 6 days a week. I'm proud. Lets all do this!
Hey guys, I could have been here back in May when the thread started and sadly I still am here. I had a couple vacations in between which meant I went up and spent a lot of time trying to get back down to the 'pre-vacation weight'.
Anyway I completely recommitted, both exercise and food wise, September 30th at 170.5 pounds and today I am 167.9 pounds! The lowest I hit before my 3 week vacation the end of July was 167.2 which is also the lowest I've ever been. I really just can't wait to pass that and keep going.
I had a friend come in from out of town which meant any healthy eating went out the door. Thankfully it was only for a couple of days and I'm still in the 160s when I weigh myself tomorrow morning.
After my weekend with my friend I was up to 173, thankfully it has been coming off pretty quickly this week, I'm down to 168 today so I know most of it wasn't a real gain. I am really hoping to be safely in the mid 160s by the end of the month. I have never seen anything under 167 so that'd be a great Halloween gift!
