I'm just sneaking into this thread at 179.6 as of this morning

I got down to 175 and then uni started and my good eating and exercise habits just went down the drain...

I think I just need to be consistent and make time for exercise.

I had no idea this thread existed!!! It's the TOM so I'm up to 178 Hopefully my bloating goes away in a couple days. Definitely will be hitting the sauna for a little extra sweat to push it along!
