Well, way back when I liked these kinds of threads for daily support and a place to vent (which is often needed), so I'm back!

I've been basically between 169 and 163 for like more than a year (although I haven't regained everything, so that's good...). I'm ready to leave now.

Hello to all of you!

I weighed in at 166.6 last Sunday (I usually weigh on Sundays). Here's hoping that I'll be in the 150s soon! And the same for all of you!

---

Hey, any of you find it annoying that thin chicks can wear like what the heck ever and still look cute? It's obnoxious (mostly because I want to do it, too ). My sister does that.

Although, a lot of chicks who aren't that thin also look cute in whatever... I'm not one of them, sadly.

171 as of this morning. A last pound and I'm leaving the 170's! A month ago I was leaving the 180's, it feels so good to see all my efforts pay off! I'm more than ready for the 160's!

---

LiannaKole - maybe you do look cute in many outfits, but you just don't realize it! We are our harshest judges, plus we can't really look at ourselves but through mirrors and pics, which aren't really 100% accurate. But I know the feeling, because it's the same for me!

I'd love to join you guys! I lost weight a few years back and hit a low of 155.8lbs. Trying to get back there (for starters). Finally got some meds sorted out with the doctor and I *hope* I"m getting back on track. Was hovering around 181-182 and hit a (recent) high of 184.4 a couple of weeks back.

As of today I am 179.6 (WOOO). Dying to get out of the 170s. I've been stuck here way too many times for way too long.

170 today! Saw 169 for the first time in a long time a few days ago, then kinda fell off for thanksgiving. Now it's time to get back and get serious in the gym!

176 today. I am hoping to move my plateau down to the low 170's. If I get to the 160's I think I might fall over in shock. The last time I weighed this current weight was 11 years ago...when I was 10!

I am committed to getting healthier and being active. I hope that starting 2014 out well and less-stressed will only serve as forward momentum!

Blergh. BLoaty today and back up to 181. (My own fault, I ate full sodium soup two nights ago when I wasn't feel well). Finally have an appetite back. Tomorrow morning is supposed to be my official weight so I'm hoping to be back under 180 then. I dont know why I weighed in today. I felt light and took a chance. LOL.

I weighed in at 161 this morning, though I'm never sure how much to trust my scale since it said 160.2 last night. Hoping to get down into the 150's this month.

Hey ladies!

I'm going to start checking in here, even if it is super quiet and I'm mostly talking to myself.

I weighed in this week at 169.8, making it back into the 160s for the first time in aaaages. Super excited to keep shifting 'er down because I know my body well enough (through years of weight yo-yo'ing) to know that the most dramatic body changes in me tend to appear once I make it down into the 150s!

Check in if you're around, I'd love to have some ladies to check in with!

Welcome back Jelbb!
I'm checking in at 171.3 this week, which is up 2 pounds, but I also had my period so who knows if it was water weight or whatever else. I can't wait to get back into the 160's because I need something to keep me going and remind me that I CAN do this, and I will fall in love with myself all over again. I've somehow managed to lose too much of myself as the pounds piled on over the past year or 2, and I'm not going to let this happen anymore. I need this, and I want this, and I'll do whatever it takes to get this.

Hey Sarah! Glad to see I have some company in here!

Oh man, I NEVER trust the number on the scale during my TOM (time of month). I'm always up 2-3 lbs, and as long as I eat healthily and keep active, the scale always drops in a WOOSH of water weight the day after it ends. So try not to be disheartened---!

I adore that your approach is working on loving yourself again, because I'm in that boat as well. I'm also working on repairing my relationship with food (finally) and trying to change my mentality from "I am a fat person" to "I am a person carrying extra weight right now."

Love your determination, keep checking in constantly!

I'm a bit confused scale-wise right now because I'm doing a "Biggest Loser" at work with coworkers, and I have a scale at home AND one at work, and they differ by a couple of lbs. So I'll weigh in properly on the scale I've been using (the work one) tomorrow morning.

Happy Thursday ladies.
This week I don't appear to be losing as much weight as I have been, despite continuing to eat really well. To be honest, I'm pretty sure I saw this plateau coming, given that in my initial stages of this new weight-loss approach, I've lost 12 lbs in two and a half weeks.

I'm going to actually up the physical amount that I eat today to try to shock my body. Since I started reading this book about eating mindfully and only when hungry (and only until I'm full), I've been eating relatively small meals... simply because I'm learning to STOP when I'm full and not snack if I'm not hungry. (groundbreaking for me!)

This morning I added in sort of a "second" breakfast in between breakfast and lunch and am going to have a more solid dinner than usual. I'm hoping my body will recognize the excess food and it'll snap me out of my mini plateau, which I'm assuming is occurring due to my body's shock at the rapid drop in food intake, and the rather dramatic dip in weight.

Wish me luck!
Hope you're all doing well this week! <3

My digital scale is dead! Eeeeeee.

I have no idea what my weight's at, but I've been sick as a dog and stayed home from work yesterday. I moved very little and slept most of the day. I'd be shocked if my weight was DOWN… but as of right now, I haven't a clue.

Doesn't fare well for the weigh in on Monday at work for our "Biggest Loser" challenge. :s

I'm not weighing in this week! After 4 days in the hospital, I have so much water weight from The sodium in the IV fluid I feel like a blimp. Here's to a week of much needed diuretics!
