Hi,

My name is Zannie, i'm 27, married to Allan, 33, mommie to Brucie 9.5 months. I'm a SAHM and Nursing Student.

My highest non pregnant weight is 253, that was right after having my son. My prepregnancy weight was 200, so I was heavy prior to pregnancy too.

A chunk of the weight just came off b/c a lot of it was water and such... but I seemed to have settled around 227, so that's where I count the start of my weight loss journey (this time, heh).

I'm not really following a diet... just exercising more and making better food choices. Seems to be working pretty well.
