Please just put your info into the bottom of the spreadsheet (link on 1st page) and I'll re-alphabatize the names later.
Thanks

yay I'm down to 230.5 from 233.8! I didn't expect to lose much since it was my TOM but I'll take it.

Huzzah! Way to go, Dreamer and bemused! I had a pretty decent week...it's nice to see that working my butt off is literally taking off some of my butt

Congrats to everyone so far, I'm not happy about my loss considering I have been exercising a **** of a lot and reduced my calories by quite a bit, however I have noticed my muscles have increased in size which is better than my fatness. I hope for a better loss next week.

I was just looking in the Sexy For Halloween 2012 Challenge! thread and I was wondering if the google document for this challenge could be set-up with a "pounds lost" column and a "% lost" column like the one in that thread or is that not possible? I like seeing all the details and the colours, yes I'm a freak.

I just looked at that one and found it confusing as anything
I like this one like it is personally.

What happens is Scarlett posts a chart with the pounds/percentages lost each week.

Ah I see, that's great, thanks for letting me know, I like that feature it seems to motivate me even more to try get a good percentage and see the total pounds lost gradually get higher.

Logged it in the chart! I just realized that I have never tried to lose weight by counting calories and exercising more. The weight comes off slower this way. Back in atkins days I'd drop 10 in 2weeks but would eventually go back to carbs because I love pasta, bread, beer all the no nos. I know there is a way to balance a low carb diet and keep it sustainable, I just couldn't do it. So I have to be patient and trust this way will lead me to my goal...slowly but hopefully surely.

Thanks guys and well done to everyone else.

I could never do low carb. If I was to cut down on carbs I wouldn't know what to eat. My lunch each day is a sandwich and my dinner usually generally contains potatoes. It would just be impossible for me. I applaud anyone who can do it. My friend is on one at the moment and I don't know how she is doing it! I seem to be losing a pound a week now and as they say slow and steady wins the race.

Woot, down to 130 today from 134.5 baseline! Actually, when I first stepped on the scale it said 129, but my rule is whichever number it comes up with 2x in a row, so 130 it was.

I'm not going to pat myself too much on the back though, since my baseline is inflated post-July 4th weight, but hey at least I got it off!

I totally spaced and forgot to weigh in this morning until it was too late and I had already had a bunch of water and breakfast! Whoops I'll weigh first thing tomorrow morning and record it then. Hope that's alright!
