For daily weigh-ins, I think updating the same post everyday is best. That keeps the thread uncluttered (~5 pages vs ~15 pages) and everyone has their own post if they want to link it in their signature.

Fell from the Bikini-Ready challenge a while back (stopped updating) and I still have 10-12 lbs to lose if I want to be at GW by this summer (I was there last summer- what happened? Stupid eating holidays..). Also have a real life 'Spring Into Summer' challenge going on at our studio (learned lots on 3FC; hope to help our local ladies who come in each week).

4/12: I didn't weigh this morning as I have slowly seen the scale crawl up the last few days. Today I am watching my calorie intake and I bought a body ball and new sneakers. i started trying to lose weight on the 16th of march, i started with 2 protein shakes and one healthy meal a day so as to lose 10lbs before the end of march, my start weight was 185 and on the 31st of march i weighed 175.6 after that i just maintained and started the ideal protein diet on april 9th, weighed in at 177.8 and hope to keep it up and get to my goal weight of 135lbs ill post daily to see how it goes
