AHH I can't find my post. Maybe I imagined I posted it. I started the month in the mid- 140's and while 139 is ok I would like to be to 135 by May 1, but I only have a few days. Hoping to get rid of TOM gain.

Today I weighed in at 159.0lbs, which means that not only did I meet and surpass my April end goal (162lbs), I've almost met my May goal as well!

WHAT

That's the only good news, though. The bad news is that two injuries have kept me out of the gym way more than I've been in it this month, so I'm not going to achieve my last two fitness goals for April. I did begin bench-pressing the barbell bar, so that's one that I DID do, but I will not have deadlifted 125lbs or run 2 miles by next week.

Oh, well. I'll just have to be more careful in May-July.

i went passed my 135 goal (from 141.5) but changed my goal to 134, so 0.7lbs to go. Will work my butt off! lol

Tom is due any day now though, so no clue what happens to the scale then.

Congrats Philana!

I have definitely not met my goal.. way off this month. I was doing great again just before TOM and that really threw me off. Oh well, back with it now I hope. Roll on May!

weighed in at 152.2 today, which means i lost 5lbs this month! didn't hit my goal of 7, but i'm still happy with a 5 (:
