Today I weighed in at 159.0lbs, which means that not only did I meet and surpass my April end goal (162lbs), I've almost met my May goal as well!
WHAT
That's the only good news, though. The bad news is that two injuries have kept me out of the gym way more than I've been in it this month, so I'm not going to achieve my last two fitness goals for April. I did begin bench-pressing the barbell bar, so that's one that I DID do, but I will not have deadlifted 125lbs or run 2 miles by next week.
Oh, well. I'll just have to be more careful in May-July.
