Default I'm Back!!
I'm back---and about 30 lbs heavier!! I have realized something ---> Weight comes on ALOT fast than it comes off! Well now that all my clothes are tug, and I've sunk down in a depression because of addiction of bad foods, its time for me to get out of this funk and get to losing again! I'm just thankful I haven't gained all my weight back.

Welcome back. How long were you away from 3FC? and 137 is a healthy weight. I would LOVE to weigh that much. Do not beat yourself up. You look fab.
