Glad to read so many positive updates!!!

I just had a really really tiring day, but thanks to you gals I am back on track eating right. Flash, Rainy, Life, Torito - thanks so much for the support. I really appreciated it! I am not weighing myself (kinda), but I did peek this morning and I was still at 158.

Flash - I didn't realize how much you have lost so far! Whatever TOM, I'm sure your number post-bloat will be awesome. What a journey!

Rainy - YAY!!! You continue to be my hero. I'm raising a glass to lower part of 150s and a healthy BMI!

Nu - Way to stay on track with some yogurt! That's why you're moving down to 143 and wearing 8s!!

Jwalk - Welcome, welcome! I love the sugar bag idea. I remember working out with 5 lb weights when I was exercising, and thinking OMG - I actually lost over this amount. It was really motivating. Although your bf probably was like WHAT? lol :-)

Em - 156 is awesome! When I'm at 155 I'm totally going EEEKKK away :-D Trust me, 4 lbs is awesome. I've been pretty bad about staying on track, but the forum is awesome, and I haven't gained any of the weight. Hopefully by the end of this week, I'll be at 20 lbs lost. Slow, but staying off :-)

Life - 140.2...now I'm jealous! ;-) That is AWESOME girl. Good luck with the 138 goal. You never know - TOM just might be kind...Huh - who are we kidding?? :-P

Philana - life does suck, but I LOVE your profile picture. So cute. Keep at it girl. I think I would have a heart attack if I had to change scales.

Torito - congrats!! I know how you feel about thinking you were skinnier at the same weight. BUT, I think your mind takes a little while to catch up with your weight...so you probably look even more smokin than ya think ;-)

Good luck this week all. I'm determined to drop below 157 this week, even with TOM. It needs to happen!!! :-D

I've really been sticking to my calorie budget and have tried to keep active with doing lots of walking even though I haven't had much time to do my actual work outs themselves.

So, I hopped on the scale today and just saw 154.8lb... EEEEK!
I haven't been this weight since 2010. I'm so excited!!

I'm going to try maintain this or try go lower for my weekly weigh-in next Monday (anyone else doing the Bikini challenge?)

Hope you girlies are doing well! ^^

GoingForGold - Thank you so much for the support! I think I might actually be at 155lb now so I'm ecstatic. I'm looking forward to seeing you reach the 20lb weightloss mark and reaching 155lb too! Good luck!!

torito: thank you, I wasn't doing great but I am back on the wagon again so yeh - I'll be fine!

goingforgold: thank you! I am sort of over the shock and just excited because now when I finally reach goal I can be sure it's really my weight and not maybe still 6lbs heavier.

Em: congrats! It's awesome to reach milestones such as that! I'm in the bikini challenge also but did not pay much attention to it while I was off the wagon. Back on now though!

I put my weight at 143 because I knew that was my actual weight, but 2 days ago I was at 145.5. So i lost 2.5lbs already. LOL. But it was waterweight from horrid eating. Still, it's good to see it go and not find out my thought of what my actual weight was being wrong. A few less calories to burn before I am at goal.

I've been on plan for 2 days, which is great. It took me soooo long to get back on plan. It's a relief to finally feel in control again.

Weighed myself again (a couple times - what a spaz I am! :-P) and I"m 157!!! I'm calling it ladies - 20LB LOSS :-) That is going to put a smile on my face all day.

OK - off to work, and then school for 4 hours and then back at 10PM. And this is an easy week b/c I get to go in at 8 instead of 7. sigh.

Keep up the good work girls - I TOTALLY appreciate all the support. I mean it when I say I'm back on track b/c of the supportive comments!

gold, congrats on your first 20!! a milestone for sure.


as for me, i've been weighing in at a steady 144.8, but the scale finally budged to 143.6 this morning. don't know if it will stick, but getting close to the 130s feels great!

philana Yeah, for me the first few days of getting back on plan would be the hardest, but I'd feel so much better after powering through it. I try to remember that feeling when I'm tempted.

So it normally takes a few days for my TOM weight to sort itself out, so I'm not quite back to where I started (154.5 this morning), but I did have a big NSV last night. I had time to go to the mall and decided to try on some jeans. I've been wearing some Old Navy size 12 jeans for a while and they've gotten a little loose, but when I tried the same style on last month the 10 still didn't fit well. Last night I went into the GAP and the lady who helped me grabbed a 10 and and 8 from the standard cut (no relaxed anything). I couldn't believe is when she suggested an 8! In the end, the 10 was too big, but my butt was a bit too much for the 8s I could still wear them though, which was amazing, and with a flowy shirt no one would have noticed.

Its kinda funny, because I've been pouting a bit looking at some other people's pant sizes vs measurements on the forum recently, where we would have similar measurements and they would be in a 6 and me in a 12. Instead the belt holding my jeans up fooled me into thinking they fit.

Hey ladies. So happy to be finally joining you guys. I've been lurking for months. But today is when I make it official. I have been weighing in at 159 for the past week. I know I'm not in the mid 150s but I'm claiming it. Hope all is well.

Just joined 3FC. I'm at 154.8 right now and, while I'm super excited at the prospect of seeing the 140s again, I'm even more excited about (hopefully) getting back into the 130s. Great to see all the progress from the ladies on here!

flashfacts: congrats on the NSV! I know what you mean. I'm in europe so the sizes are different here, but I finally fit into a 36 (like a US 6 or 8?) and it was my goal for ages. I won't fit into it as flattering as I want to till I am below 130s I think. But still!

after my horrid eating weeks and my gain I was at 145.5 on monday and am at 142.5 today. So I am losing waterweight. I was at 140 before this offplan mess started so hope to be there again soon!

sorry to anyone I missed.. I'm rushed right now.

I just had to pop in and say this morning I was at 150.7! So close to 140s I can almost smell it. I was at 152 on Monday so I thought for sure I wouldn't reach 150 till at least next week

143 this morning, but i've been making some poor food choices just out of situations. i need to focus on preparing myself (i.e. cooking off healthy stuff that i can grab and eat at work, instead of being bound by their menu)

141.5 - did eat lots of fruit carbs yesterday. but mandatory rest-from-exercise day today so I dunno how this is gonna unfold. How much of teh 'woosh-after-bad-eating' is still to come or wether I am done after losing 4lbs in 5days. Once I am at 140 I am back where I left off at carnaval. Which is when it all went badddd. LOL.


torito - goodluck! it's always so nice to go into another 'catagory'. Seems like we have about the same stats. Just wait till you are at 140, you are gonna feel smalllll
