Hi everyone,

I'm new here! Weighed in today at 154.4, the highest weight I've ever been. Slowly gained 15 pounds over the past year, but it's time to stop the upward trend before it get's out of control! I'm ready for lifestyle changes. Unfortunately, not very motivated to start working out. Any tips?

Well I'm back and unfortunately I gained weight ...luckily I caught it in time and am now officially back on track. I think the thing I need to continually remind myself of, LIFESTYLE change.

Hoping to get the inches/weight off and starting Insanity as soooon as it arrives in my mailbox! With that said, right now just doing the gym (weights) and Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred until it arrives. =) Happy to be back, even though I'm now officially in my 30's...I miss my 20 something girls!

I jumped on the scale today and it teased me by jumping down to 149.8. SOOOO close. I like to round my weight up because it gives me less false hope but at least I am losing. I can taste the 140s...

Thought I would join in!

At the beginning of this week I weighed in at 145lbs. I'm really really hoping to see the 130s by my birthday in late January! Since I can't workout atm due to a back injury, my diet is my main focus.

Congrats to everyone who is seeing the 130s! That is so awesome. I hope to see you all there.

Ive been MIA for the past month or so because I had a whole lot of life going on. Most importantly...MY HUSBAND IS BACK FROM DEPLOYMENT! *happy dance* Before he got back I had to move myself from California to North Carolina and get everything situated with our new apartment.

We are all moved in now and settled in so I have time to focus on my weight loss again. I have no idea where I stand right now in terms of weight, but looking at my body Im hoping to have lost a couple pounds since the last time I weighed in. We dont have a scale right now, so I need to buy one pronto.

Im excited that our new apartment complex has a pretty nice and extensive gym which is just a few steps away from my front door so I have no excuses for not exercising!

Congrats on your husband being back home safe, LiLLy19.

Weighed in this morning at 152.8 lbs. I'm slowly moving through the 150s. I'll be changing a few things for the next three weeks, so hopefully, I'll be seeing the 140s before 2012.

Hello, I'm new here. I figured this looked like a good place for me to jump in on.

Quick intro. I'm 158.8 lbs as of now. I've been working on losing weight for about 17 months now. I've lost about 50 lbs so far. I lost that over the first few months, and then I slid back a year ago at this time of year. I held steady until now (I'm down 5 lbs from where I stalled at 11 months). I guess the positive side is that I can maintain...

It's time for me to get back on track with losing. I'm not even close to where I want to be yet. This looked like a great thread to join to keep me on task! You guys are all doing so amazing!

I'd LOVE to get to my healthy weight range (149.8 or less) by the new year, but that's so not going to happen. So hopefully by February!

So, Hi Everyone! My name is Maggie, btw.

Hi Maggie and welcome Great job losing 50 lbs! and learning to maintain is the golden ticket. You are in the home stretch now, you can do it!

LiLLy19 Thanks for the welcome I noticed we both have the same goal weight and are close in weight. I hope both our stays here are short!
