Quick intro. I'm 158.8 lbs as of now. I've been working on losing weight for about 17 months now. I've lost about 50 lbs so far. I lost that over the first few months, and then I slid back a year ago at this time of year. I held steady until now (I'm down 5 lbs from where I stalled at 11 months). It's time for me to get back on track with losing. I'm not even close to where I want to be yet. This looked like a great thread to join to keep me on task! You guys are all doing so amazing!
I'd LOVE to get to my healthy weight range (149.8 or less) by the new year, but that's so not going to happen. So hopefully by February!
