Default Just had a lot of bran for the 1st time...now 4 lbs heaver w/ a headache

ooo wow I went overboard
Im sure its not "fat" weight but it was sad to see it on the scale
on the bright side I am crazy full and I didn't exceed my cals (unless those 4 lbs are real!)

So you ate that and then weighed yourself? I never weigh myself after eating, only in the morning time after using the bathroom

How many servings did you have? I really want to try oatbran! I have oatmeal all the time and just got some steel cut oatmeal I haven't tried yet.

Yupp I weighed myself LOL, I just like to do it even though I should just weigh in the morning
IDK, I had this thing called GG bran crackers, they are 12 cals each with 5 grams fiber...I had 5...im lying down RIGHT NOW ha
well I learned my lesson >_<

GG crackers fill me up SO fast. Especially with a glass of water. I usually like to put some of that no-calorie Walden Farms strawberry spread on the crackers. Definitely a filling snack for me.

So I'm not a freak for suddenly seeing such a huge increase in the scale in a day? eep! I did drink sooo much water because I read that that is what you are supposed to do (I eat fiber from bread, but rarely BRAN). Oh my goodness, I think it was because I ate one after the other and THEN felt the fullness after
no urge to poo yet though
