Default Using Google Maps

Now that its getting nice out.... And now that my Schnauzers dont have to wear sweaters to walk around the block it is time to get out at move!

My runner friend has been using google maps to track miles for a while.... Now I am! I just like walking around my nice neighborhood. With Google maps I can do that and actually know long of a distance it is without guessing.

Gotta love technology!! lol

Me too! I'm addicted to Google Maps... after every walk I sit down and map it out to see how far it was!

If you have a smartphone, there's an app called iMapmyRUN that is awesome. You literally just hit "start" and it tracks where you went, how far it was, your average pace, and then saves it so you can review your progress. Check it out!

Google Maps is amazing for that! I save my routes so that I can just go to my maps and choose a route that fits how many miles I want to do that.

MyTracks is also a free app that syncs with Google Maps (if I remember correctly). You press start on your phone. press stop when you are done, and then email it to yourself and it saves under My Maps on gmail. It's awesome!
