So I have a desk job and its been very slow at work. I got bored and totall just binged on 3 or 4 servings of kashi crackers with 3.5 slices of kraft cheddar cheese! I literally just uped my cals by like 500!!! Arh!!!! Why do I do this?!?!
After such a horrible weekend of drinking and eating, I still friggin binge!!
