hey y'all. I feel like I've been gone forever, but it's just been a few days. I'm sticking to the diet as well as I can with my poor husband doing all the meals. He can't cook a thing, so it's been mostly convenience meals and I've been laid up recovering from a minor surgery so I can't really help much. I've literally been on my side since Thursday- I can't even sit. I can't believe I actually miss being at the gym. LOL. I think I'll be OK enough to sit and drive on Tuesday, so I will be picking up my pretty new shoes and going for a walk in our gorgeous weather.

Now I'm going to back up a few pages and catch up.

Jazz - It was a good dinner, I just used way too much habanero sauce and crushed red pepper LOL. I mean, I love spicy, but not THAT much. And my weigh-in proved to be successful I think spinning on Sundays is going to be SUCH a big help to put my body in a new groove to break the funk it's been in. And I know, my height is still mind blowing to me! I'm still short, yet... I'm in the average height category now. And I did re-do my BMI stats, yay now 174 is the overweight category - 10lbs earlier than it would have been 2 inches ago!
