Default Weekend Accountability Thread!

Ladies!! We gotta help each other. This weekend CANNOT be a repeat of the last three, for me. No drinking, no junk food. I need to be accountable to you, because it will not be easy!!!

Come and post your weekend goals and reports here!

Oh I like this one! I have such a hard time on the weekends....life just gets away from you...so here are my goals for this weekend:
1. no junk food (very hard b/c I spend a lot of time at my grandma's and she always has goodies)
2. stick to the 30ds and possibly get in some other workouts as well
3. yard work, a chore I'm learning to love that also helps keep me active
4. buy new shoes....I hate clothes and shoes shopping so this will be a hard one too but I need new shoes with all this working out.

I'm in!

This weekend shouldn't be too bad for me since my hubby A.K.A. the king of huge weekend breakfasts, will be out of town. Sooo... I guess my goal is just to eat less than 1500 calories a day, and exercise both days!

Okay, my goal for the weekend is no unplanned snacking in the evenings! My biggest problem is getting munchy between my evening snack and bedtime...

wannabeskinnyagain... Great goals, especially the one about buying shoes! Good luck!!

Mtnchic.. lol... big breakfasts are not really my problem, but you are lucky your temptation is removed this weekend! Sounds like you will make it easily and inspire me!!

Lindsey, I too have the evening snacking problem, Big Time. If I stay home and don't go out to avoid the "going out" calories, I often end up eating too much at home anyway! We can do it!!!

I would normally be in, but I work all night Saturday and have a baby shower Sunday, so my days are full, but next week count me in 100%!

tandifrass, don't worry, it's not an official challenge or anything, it's just a thread to help us stay accountable. Hope you have a great weekend!

Friday night went pretty well (so far)! I had some friends over and didn't drink, and we didn't eat any junk either!! Yes!

I was "bad" today but I have no guilt and I didn't stray far from my calories. I split a dessert with a friend today at Applebees and it wasn't the weight watchers cake thing (if they even still have that). It was the apple pie skillet thing and it was FABulous. I don't usually get dessert at restaurants, so it was a treat for a night on the town, and I'm okay with that. Work tomorrow and Sunday so I will try to be good. We'll see how it goes.

Brooksrm, mmm sounds delicious. I think that's a great way to have a treat Friday without getting out of control like I have the past few weekends. lol

Loraloo, no worries! Hope you enjoyed it! The weekend is still just getting started so get back on the wagon.

last night was a planned splurge night in my house... But I had absolutely no desire to go off plan LOL. So I tried to eat small portions of the bad food, and I'm pretty sure that I still ended up at right around 1400-1500 calories for the day

Awesome! I'm so glad you set this up!!
I have a long weekend, I don't have college on mondays(luck me) So here are my goals:
1.Track calories religiously(I always convieniently "forget" to do it at the weekend!)
2. Power Sculpt Sat and Sun
3.Gym for and hour and a half on monday (as well as getting my butt in the library!)
4. Go for a walk on Sunday.

Good Luck guys! This weekend cannot be as bad as my last weekend!!!

My goals are to still get all my fruits and veggies in (for some reason these fall to the wayside on weekends!! ) and to go to the gym both Sat and Sun. So far so good! Went to the gym this morning all ready, and just had a banana for snack.
