I have a long weekend, I don't have college on mondays(luck me
) So here are my goals:
1.Track calories religiously(I always convieniently "forget" to do it at the weekend!)
2. Power Sculpt Sat and Sun
3.Gym for and hour and a half on monday (as well as getting my butt in the library!)
4. Go for a walk on Sunday.
