Weekend Accountability Thread!

  • well so far so good went to ihop this morning and still am not hungry. will probably have left over pizza for dinner tonight when or if i am hungry. anyway i still have to do some exercising but i usually take the weekends off from that maybe part of my problem is that i do do that. any way i will be back later with an up date.
  • Doing ok so far today, went to kickboxing, but I ate a whole package of licorice Nibs--700 calories. Might try to burn it off dancing at the club tonight with no booze. Is it possible? We'll see..

    It's not possible. I had 2 cookies before I left. Didn't do too bad at the bar because I mostly drank hard liquor with sugar-free mixes. However, AFTER the bar I ate this bagel with chicken, bacon and cheese on it, AND a potato latke, which is grease city.

    So much for my plan eh. At least I'm trying to be accountable though. Yesterday I did work out hard at kickboxing and today I'm going to try bikram yoga.

    I think I just need to accept that drinking is part of my life and that it inevitably leads to eating afterwards....... And I just need to limit it as much as possible, and work out like crazy so that I can still lose weight.
  • well i have not gained any thing yet so at least that is good. i also need to really do some exercising since i have not done any all weekend yet.
  • I did so well yesterday! I ate 1050 calories, did 30DS L1/D1 and C25K W1/D3, drank about 80 oz of liquid, and did not drink ANY booze! We'll have to see how today goes...
  • To sum up my weekend....

    Good things I did:
    - Didn't drink or overeat on Friday
    - Went to kickboxing Saturday
    - Tried hot bikram yoga for the first time Sunday

    Not so good things I did:
    - Drank a lot Saturday night
    - Had drunken munchies and ate take out food afterwards
    - Ate cookies today (about 5 big ones!!)

    So...... I didn't do that great of a job. It was better than the last 3 weekends though I guess.
  • Well yesterday I was in sodium **** cuz I had a meeting at a diner... and there weren't many healthy options to chose from. But I didn't do too bad over all - ate about 1300 calories, spent 20 mins on the treadmill and did 30DS L1/D2, and drank about 80 oz of liquid. Overall, definitely a pretty good weekend
  • Hey all!!

    My weekend was ok. I didn't exercise which was bad of me but I was so exhausted from my week. I stayed around my calorie goal, probably a bit higher. But the food I ate was just cr*p.


    So here's to a new week, and better food choices!!

  • i will say that the weekend was a success and i did not gain anything which is what i was hoping to do. now we will see how the week goes and hope for the same results next weekend.
