Question Favorite Snack of All Time.

Hi Ladies

What is your absolute favorite, ultimate, cannot live without diet-type snack?

My favorite is pickles, they are my life blood haha. I am trying to find something better since they are so high in salt.

I tend to always get the munchies after dinner and I look for different things to munch on that have very few calories, like I said I love pickles but I think they may be causing me to retain water.

94% FF Popcorn. It takes care of so many munchy cravings, and for very few calories.

Second on the popcorn - I make mine in a whirly-pop popper that is sprayed with cooking spray.

Raw carrots! They're crunchy, sweet, filling... bah, now I want to go get some carrots.

And plain nonfat yogurt with maple syrup mixed in. I can eat a whole cup of yogurt and still want more.

Love popcorn, too.

My new favorite snack is the "ice cream" by Turkey Hill - it's called Duetto. It's 1/2 vanilla soft serve ice cream and 1/2 "ice" (it reminds me of an italian ice, of sorts).. mine is 1/2 vanilla and the ice swirls are cherry. It's SO GOOD! It's lower fat than ice cream (I want to say 130 calories... for people on ww, it's 3 points). It's just a really good flavor and totally satesfying for the 1/2 cup.

100 calorie packs of kettle corn (sweet, salty, crunchy...)! Also love the pickles, string cheese, red bell peppers, or strawberries (with SF chocolate syrup if I have a sweet tooth!)

I also like popcorn. I like pears, oranges, and string cheese also. When I started losing I was about 220 and I ate those 100 cal packs all the time. I thought I couldn't live without them. I don't remember the last time I bought them now because it's just as easy to grab some fruit.
