I don't know about you girls but I REALLY need this right now to get my butt back in gear after the holidays.
Five days on plan, starting Monday January 5th!!
Lets do it, girls!
My plan is 1300-1400 calories a day and I'm going to try to get 20 minutes of exercise in each day. Even if I just take my son for a brisk walk around the neighborhood.
My plan is to run 20+ miles, 2 weight sessions 1500-1600 calories, 64-80 oz water.
Monday: 1540 calories, 77 oz water, ran 5 miles, step aerobics 45 min, weights 15 min.
Tuesday: 1565 calories, 80 oz water, ran 5.3 miles, weights 20 min.
Wednesday: 1400 calories, 80 oz water, ran 5 miles, step aerobics 48 min, abs 12 min.
Thursday: 1400 calories, 80 oz water, much needed rest day.
Friday: 1450 calories, 80 oz water, 5 ran 4.9 miles.
Monday: 2050 calories, 80oz of water, 60 mins elliptical, 10 mins bike, 10 mins treadmill - so I don't feel bad about going over calories because all that exercise helped me burn 1,119 calories!! Wooo!!
Tuesday: 1757 calories, 112oz of water, 30DS Level 3 Day 9 & 30 mins elliptical
Wednesday: 1750 calories, 88oz of water, 60 mins elliptical, 30DS Level 3 Day 10
Thursday: ALOT of calories (gave in to period cravings), 56oz of water, 60 mins elliptical, 30DS Level 1 Day 1
Friday: 1572 calories, 64oz of water (so far), 30 mins elliptical

1600 calories, at least 64 oz. of water, gym at least 3 days, some type of exercise on the non-gym days.
Monday: 1513 calories, 96 oz. of water, gym day 1
Tuesday: 1538 calories, 80 oz. of water, gym day 2
Wednesday: 1479 calories, 80 oz. of water, non-gym day but did 30 minutes on bike and some pushups and lunges
Thursday: 1577 calories, 80 oz. of water, gym day 3
Friday: 1668 calories, 80 oz. of water, non-gym day but did 30 minutes on bike
1400-1500 calories, at least 5 fruit/veg a day, and 100 minutes on the crosstrainer/elliptical
Monday: Around a million calories, complete failure on that part (when will I learn to step away from the Baileys.....), will calculate later on my excel sheet. Did eat lots of cherry tomatoes and a huge salad though, so at least I hit one target No exercise except for a walk, got a cold but it's still a lame excuse :/
Tuesday: Another terrible day caloriewise, I hang my head in shame....
Wednesday: Improvement in calories, I read Dr Fuhrman's ETL book and something finally clicked. And I got out a book to write my food diary in for the first time in... aaages I'm finding it so motivating being on this forum! Oh and leek and cabbage is really yummy and low cal
Thursday: Finally! I was nearly on target with the calories!! And I've lost 200grams, that's maybe half a pound
Goals: 1600-1700 calories, 80 oz water and 30DS everyday!
Monday: 1762 cals, 65 oz water and 30DS level 1!!
Tuesday: 1679 cals, 75 oz water and 30DS level 1!
Wednesday: 1667 cals, 64 oz water and no workout.
Thursday:1704 cals, 40 oz water and 30DS level 1!
Friday: 1607 cals, 75 oz water and 30DS level 1!
I suck at these! I only successfully completed one! Here it goes!
Monday
Eating: Healthy.. yay!
Exercise: tae bo (43 min)
Sugar Free: Totally!
Water: Plenty!
Tons of new year resolutioners in my step class tonight but it was actually nice b/c the class has been so dead lately. It definitely was inspiring to see all those people striving to change their lives for the better. All around pretty good day today.
lunch: 1 container ww strawberry yogurt, a banana, and one cinnamon scone (my sweet tooth was calling and I just had to answer)
dinner: one burger (no cheese) on a sugar free whole wheat bun, one serving ruffles lite chips.
dessert: one little piece of my brother in law's birthday cake. I put so much work into it, I had to taste it.
Exercise: I did 2 miles on the treadmill! I was woozy afterward because of my headache but I still did it!
Drank 1 litre of water today.
My TOM showed up again today!!! wtf!!! It's probably my new BC pill throwing it out of whack. At least I know why i've been feeling so bloaty and ick. I might see my valentines day goal yet! As of yesterday I was already writing it off as the first goal not met.
Monday was a really good day for me. I finally feel like I am getting back on track for real this time. I went over on calories a little bit, but they were good calories not cookies or something. Lets hope I can stay on plan today too!!
Today was alright.
lunch: banana and a container of ww strawberry yogurt
dinner: 2 servings of chicken soup made with potatoes and rice, one whole wheat roll
snack: ww giant ice cream bar.
Good day - went too far on calories, but 57 won't kill me. I'm really pumped to get these 25 lbs off for my anniversary. DH & I have been talking a lot about babies & it is working as really good motivation. Hope you all are having a good week.
