Flatter tummy for sure! I would like to have my arms a little bit defined. I want to be able to see my collar bones better. Very minimal jiggle in the legs and butt area. Just an all over semi athletic look, like someone said earlier in this thread, I still want to have a soft look to me

Honestly, at first it was my legs and now it's gone from that to my stomach. I just want a flatter tummy, that's all...And my butt to be not as wide
my biggest problem is my tummy. im what ya call a "thick waist", but it would be nice to have a flat tummy. my new problem areas are my thighs and hips. i used to have great legs. but no more....ooooh its so depressing. oh well....gotta focus on the positive!!
I think my legs are pretty nice as they are, I could do with a bit more ankle definition, but I'm glad that I dont have cankles anymore! My legs measure from hip to heel at just under 44 inches!
I would give anything for a smaller chest, but you can really feel my ribs right under my skin on my chest!
What I want most of all, is a toned upper body and a bootylicious bum! No more flab, I want to flex and be able to tell its all muscle! hehe
My goals are fairly simple at this point. I want no rolls around the middle - a plain old flat stomach would do me just fine.
I want the old "lift" back in my booty, and I want the cottage cheese off of my thighs.
AND, I want the wings off of my upper arms.
Once I get to that point, I will create some new goals for myself!
I would have to say the body features I most want to shrink are my tush and my thighs. I think if everything else remained the same, I'd still be happy. I can not find a pair of jeans that fit correctly. I always have to wear jeans that are way too big in the waist, only fit around the hips, tush, and thighs but way too big in the legs. I just feel way out of proportion.
I would love to get rid of my belly, definition in my arms, have a space between my legs when I stand (I hate my thighs touching), and definition in my legs.....I like my legs now, but I need more definition in my calves.....Is that so much to ask for?

I agree with everyone on the slim tummy and even a HINT of abs! I've never had that! arms aren't a big deal because they are MUCH easier to tone up than abs....

I have the opposite problem. I'm built with reasonable stomach definition, but arms like stuffed sausage. And the problem is, most people will never see my tummy, but they sure see my arms, especially during the summer!
I'd like smaller breast. I want to be a D cup. I'm tired of the lower back pain. Good news is that I'm slowly but surely starting to fit in a DD which make me insanely happy.
I'd like to have a flatter belly. I don't care about a 6 pack or being all defined, I'll just be completely happy when I don't have a big ole gut hanging out haha. I'd also like to have more toned arms. Not hulking mucles, just arms that I'm comfortable wearing sleeveless shirt with.
