I finally have a few NSV's this month!

*My boss and another coworker both asked if I was losing weight

*I knocked 40 seconds off my mile in the past month

*My favorite pair of jeans are too big now!

I was there for a few minutes on Friday to just check it out and then I spent all day Saturday there. We were in the Roadhouse area. I live near Hart Plaza.

My grandmother has been telling me how good I look, and how much weight I'm losing. Even though I don't feel like I am, and the scale isn't telling me much good news, obviously she can see "SOME" sort of difference. Plus, you have to understand that she RARELY gives compliments. So, that's a NSV for me.

Plus, I'm on my 8th day of quitting smoking, and still doing pretty good. Another NSV that will help with my weight loss in the near future.
