September ~ The ONE Reason I'm Staying On Plan Today:
Happy September Everyone!
This thread is all about the ONE reason we are going to stay on plan today. Of course there are TONS of excellent reasons to. But we're just wondering what's the ONE thing that's gonna do it for you today. It is meant to motivate us when we start wondering why we're working so hard and thinking "Ummm, why are we doing this again?". Or simply just to reinforce our new lifestyles.
I'm staying on plan today because I had a lousy August and I know eating clean will make me feel better! My days menu is done and posted on the fridge.
Because it's September. New months are like clean slates. And with the routine of school returning, my plan becomes easier to stay on. Had a great week last week, want to continue it for the whole month!
I'm such an all or nothing person! Today is my daughter's 14th birthday.... cake, ice cream, chips, bbq etc.... I will have to stay on plan completely or I'll lose it completely.. I know me!!!! I know what I'm going eat and hopefully when get in the pool before everyone gets here and swim some laps.
I'm staying on plan today because we're wanting to try for another baby in June...... that gives me 10 months to lose at least 50 pounds, and I KNOW I can do that!
I'm staying on plan today because it's EXACTLY 4 months until the end of the year. Imagine what we can accomplish in 1/3 of a year?!

I guess pretty much the same - I'm stayed (as its now 8.30pm GMT) and am staying on plan tomorrow as I'm looking forward to seeeing where I'm at a year from when I started (2nd january)
I'm staying on plan because yesterday I spent a total of three hours at the gym (I must have gone insane ) working my butt off every minute of it, and I know that if I weren't on plan, I couldn't even think of doing something like that.
