Suggestions regarding plateau!!
Hi,
The same thing happened to me and I started using more fiber in my diet. Everything underlined is a good source of fiber. For example:
Breakfast: Quaker weight control oatmeal with 1/2 cup raspberries, 8 oz yogurt, coffee
snack: LA Lite
Lunch: LA Chocolate Slim Down Shake, Celery with peanut butter, 10 peanuts
snack: Granny Smith Apple
Dinner: Chicken, brussells sprouts, brown rice with butter
Snack: LA Lite, 1/2 cup raspberries
