congratulations on the decision to begin going to WW!!!! I was a little weary at first, but OMG I love it! I have lost 13kg (around 30lb?) so far, and that is major for me....... LOL. Are you going to do the points plan, or the core plan?? I'm on the points plan, and I love that it allows me to eat WHAT I want, WHEN I want - within reason of course!

I am in New Zealand, so am not sure how similar the two countries are with WW, but I purchased the 'ultimate points guide', it has like 10,000 foods with the points for each, I really do recommend purchasing it - there isn't a day that goes by where I don't look at it! I've also got the points calculator? It's a little calculator, you enter in the calories/kj's & saturated fat from the nutritional info on the package and it works out the points for you! Really handy esp when you're at the supermarket!

The food guides are good for figuring out points, as well as the eating out guide that you can buy (has points for foods at restaurants). The POINTS finder will become your best friend, though!

Hi girls! thanks for all your tips. I will keep them in mind! Emma I am on the points plan, and like you say, I love it because I dont feel Im in a diet, just monitoring my size portions and as long as I stay within my points range I can eat what ever. You guys great job on all your weight loss, how inspirational. On my first week, I lost 3.4 lbs. and I couldnt be more happier, I cant wait for my next meeting, I really look forward the meetings, my leader is so funny and I learn sooo much. Thanks and I look forward seeing you guys around!! have a great day.
