Emma I am on the points plan, and like you say, I love it because I dont feel Im in a diet, just monitoring my size portions and as long as I stay within my points range I can eat what ever. You guys great job on all your weight loss, how inspirational. On my first week, I lost 3.4 lbs. and I couldnt be more happier, I cant wait for my next meeting, I really look forward the meetings, my leader is so funny and I learn sooo much.Thanks and I look forward seeing you guys around!!
