Coffee w/skim milk
Steel cut oats
Walnuts
Protein powder

Lunch:
Roast beef sandwich on hard roll - was at a work volunteer event
Chicken veggie soup
1oz. Smart Food

Dinner:
BBQ chicken
pasta salad

Snack:
Breyer's Light yogurt

Sashmi box lunch
salad
miso soup

Snack:
Breyer's Light yogurt

Dinner:
Anipasta salad
Regular crust pizza (ok, better call this a cheat meal!), but w/chicken, tomatoes and pesto sauce
YOU: turn!

Snack:
Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal
milk

not the greatest day food wise........the muffins were whole wheat, 1 egg, becel marg, blueberries, brown sugar splenda..not bad for a muffin

Lunch:
Morningstar Farm black bean burger
ww english muffin
slice lf cheese
sliced tomato
smidge of low carb Ranch dressing
(I have to say that I really enjoy this lunch - we often have it on Saturdays - DF has 2 of these "burgers" and I have one, and they are just so tasty and filling!)

Snack:
Breyer's Light yogurt

Dinner:
Same as lunch

Snack:
Kashi Cinnamon Harvest cereal
milk

05-11-07 Friday
What I’m eating today

Weight 6am 239 lbs

Exercise
Walking AM 15minutes
Walking PM 15minutes
Dance/Aerobics 15minutes
Floor Exercise 10 minutes

Breakfast

1 slice whole wheat toast with 1 tblsn Peanut Butter
20 oz water

Mid Morning Snack
1 Bannana
8 oz water

Lunch
1 Beef Enchilada
8 oz water

Afternoon Snack
Pumpkin Seeds and Soy nuts

Dinner
Salmon and Spinach Salad

Dessert
1oz dark chocolate

Walnuts and soynuts
8oz water

Dinner
2 serving chicken stir fry
8oz coffee with splenda
80z water

Dessert
1oz dark chocolate

Late Snack
carrots, radishes and tomatoes
turkey rollup
