A bunch of us were all part of different challenges together, and when the challenges ended, we decided not to! So we all came together and decided to start a long term challenge group, and we called them the Hot & Healthy Challenge Chicks!
-Anyone can join the group no matter what your goals are or where you are in your weight loss journey.
-We are here to support each other, encourage each other, laugh together, and cry together.
-Our unified goal is to exercise, eat right (whatever diet plan we may each separately be following), and have fun!
-We encourage new members, as the more that join, the more friends we have to support us along the way!
-We only ask that you follow one teensy, tiny rule. At the beginning of each month we state what our goals are, and they can be WHATEVER YOU WANT!
Then at the end of the month we can share how well we did with our goals, etc. However, sharing at the end of the month is completely optional.
Where is everyone? Our thread was only two pages long last week.
I've been doing okay lately. TOM should be gone in a day or two and I feel good about how I handled him this time. Hopefully my restraint will show on the scale Tuesday. I made this chicken alfredo out the box yesterday but added spinach leaves and it was delish. The spinach added next to no calories and lots of nutrients and all that. I hope everyone is doing okay!
My goals
1. Eat healthy meals all week and no fried foods.
2. Hit the gym every morning.
3. No splurging on our weekend getaway coming up...plan plan plan!
Hello to the new girls and welcome, as everyone is.
Get to meet my new grand nephew this Friday,can't wait, even though writing the grand nephew thing makes me feel old! I am a young retiree, just needing to lose weight.
My goals this week:
Stay mentally healthy, (don't talk about replacing the bathroom floor with dh.)
Eat healthy, drink all my water. And do my walking.
Can't wait till Thurs. pins out, brace off, I hope!

Well.. I didn't get in my walking yesterday.. we got home quite late, sadly. And I've been fighting this cold that Steve gave me..
ANYYYWAY.... not a whole lot else is going on really. I've got a specific goal of two #'s a week through June and then maintenance.. so, that's the GOAL anyhow.. If I don't make it until July, I'm not going to beat myself up about it.
I still want to wear this black shift to my son's graduation, however, I have a back up just in case. lol

Good afternoon all, not much new here. I have two new pedometers and do you think I can find even one! Nope not a chance, that ticks me off. We must have little people hiding things on us. So far food is good the rest I am working on. bbl

Theresa don't get discouraged I went to Curves as well and with dieting at the same time lost 80 lbs. just stick to it. Now you have us to back you.
Miss SD Gal you get that "you have a back-up just in case" out of your head, just stick with the dieting and walking and you will be a knock out in that black dress!
Food still on track water a little low, 20 mins. exercise done, ten to go.
