Poll time! Ok, if you could choose THREE specific foods to be "free" - as in no matter how much you eat of it - there's NO calories, fat, etc...and you wouldn't put on ANY weight EVER by eating them - what would they be?
One Rule: Must be specific: example - you can't say "italian" - you must say specifically lasagna, stuffed shells, etc. you can't say "all chocolate" - you must specify if it's a specific candy bar (snickers, reeses, etc...) or a specific cake (chocolate cake, tiramisu, etc...) same with resteraunts - not just "wendy's" but specifically "wendy's grilled chicken sandwich" (although not necisarily brand specific)
you get the idea.
1. Sourdough bread
2. Cream filled, chocolate dipped eclairs
3. Butter (because if butter had no calories, you could reduce the calories of SO many things that butter goes into...frostings, cakes, cookies....)
My mouth is waterrrringggg...hmmmm
1. chocolate chip cookies or oatmeal raisin cookies. I can't decide right now. Too much pressure.
2. French fries.
3. Cinammon buns, or sourdough bread. It's a tie. I can't choose between to lovers.
Such a terrible idea for me to write these down now, since I'm starving! BUT, here goes:
1) Butter, real butter, not I can't believe it's not butter or anything like that
2) Any Ben and Jerry's especially, Banana Split, Brownie Batter, Mint cookies and cream, or coffee heath bar crunch. mmmm....
3)Spinach Artichoke Dip from Applebees.
