My second daughter is now 8 months old. I have been nursing her full-time and even though she is on solids now, she still nurses a lot! I go to the gym 3 days a week to work with a personal trainer and have been working with a nutritionist. I have lost nothing

...a few inches but nothing off the middle. I refuse to get on a scale because I know there will be no change. After she was born I lost almost all of it within the first couple weeks...but once she started nursing effectively it all came back.

After a long talk with my trainer my current plan is to maintain until she stops nursing. I figure that as long as I keep eating healthfully and exercising I will at least be doing something beneficial. Hopefully I can keep the motivation up for the next 4 +/- months, which is tough to do when you work so hard and get nothing for it! So hang in there. There are many of us out there that know what you are going through.
