According to BFL I'm going to do 3 days of cardio and three days of weights ... two lower body and one upper. And I'm going to eat 5 or 6 small meals that are a combination of carb and lean protein.
Surprise surprise ... my food was off and I don't feel that I worked out very intensely
I'm also second guessing some of the foods I experimented with this week. I think I'll go back in fitday and check out my old standards. A content belly is integral to my feeling of wellness
