Sandy - The thing that worked for me in getting going was promising myself to do a minimum of 10 minutes a day, no matter what - even if it was just marching in place in front of the TV. It got me out of the cycle of procrastination and emotion about exercise. Nike really has it right with their slogan - "just do it". Don't think about it, do worry about it - just get started. But don't think you need to start by doing a whole lot. That can be totally intimidating. Also find what works for you. If you are not a morning person, don't try and get up in the morning to exercise. Find something you enjoy (at least don't hate ) and that makes it easier as well.

Zelma, You know we all think you are such an inspiration and such a winner. I loved seeing the video. You are so gorgeous and so slim. You always hear that the camera adds pounds, but I don't see any extra pounds on you. Congratulations on encouraging those of us who still fight the battle with obesity.
