Whole Foods Menu - 8/23
Hmmm, no one eating today?
Breakfast:
oatmeal* with blueberries*, walnuts* and 1% milk
1/2 english muffin with < 1 TBSP natural pb*
Snack:
16 oz ff latte
hard boiled egg
Lunch:
spinach* salad, with tomatoes*, orange pepper*, avocado* and shrimp
ff sesame ginger dressing
Snack:
lf cottage cheese with banana
Dinner:
?? Have a meeting 1/2 hour after work lasting several hours - thinking subway

B - 2 pieces of whole grain toast, natural peanut butter
S - peach
L - sushi - salmon, yellowtail, shrimp, tuna served over sushi rice, lots of tea
S - tall non fat sugar free latte, 1 small dark chocolate covered caramel square (from a super nice place)
S - champagne grapes
S - cut up veggies - baby carrots, grape tomatoes, sugar snap peas, orange pepper strips
D - home made pasta sauce (sun dried tomato, basil, turkey meatballs, red cooking wine, spinach) over whole wheat pasta

Kinda screwy today, but here goes...
Breakfast
2 slices whole grain toast
2 tablespoons pumpkin butter
Snack
watermelon
Lunch
2 cups Butternut Squash soup
Dinner
Boston Market turkey dinner with gravy, stuffing, double sides of steamed veggies and cranberry walnut relish
2 mugs of hot tea
Dessert
1 cup chocolate soymilk
20 grams (2 squares) dark chocolate
1 cup or so of concord grapes
Total Calories: 1371
Total SuperFoods: 12, I think...
