Leenie - this is FABULOUS! you've learned so much!

i'd just like to add a note for the bypass folks. although there are many similarities between the lapband and the bypass diet for the first few weeks, THEY'RE DIFFERENT ENOUGH THAT WHAT WORKS FOR ONE GROUP ISN'T THE BEST THING FOR THE OTHER!

so, listen to your doc. watch the carbs [we're re-wired so that we are far more sensitive to carb loads than lapbanders are!].
