1) lose 14 lbs - 2 a week - a high goal but nescesarry as to not screw up when small goals are met
2) try and find healthier foods - dh and i are *ultra* picky eaters, so this is a big challenge - perhaps just eat more baked chicken - less fatty - high cal foods.
3) ditch these old size 20s... being loose isn't cutting it anymore, i want them off and the 18s on!
4) record foods better
5) post here and read here more often
6) email with pal who just started WW for more motivation and encouragement as well
